Linda Bench

Linda Bench begins each drawing with a light coat of pigment. She builds and blends until she has layed down eight to ten layers of color over each subject. Her completed work of art is a still life filled with detail, from the rich colors to the subtle shadows.

Deborah Hobbs begins each work of art with a digital photograph. She manipulates each work until it takes on the look and radiance of a painting. Deborah's work includes portraiture, still life and landscape. Deborah has blended her professional career and love of art into a specialized vocation as an art therapist.

Alyce Broome is opening her exhibition of oil paintings with her show “Different Perspectives.” Alyce Broome’s work was greatly influenced during her formative years, growing up in a small town that included frequent visits to relatives farms located nearby.

Alyce’s enjoyment of urban and rural landscape, coupled with a perspective while in flight, has developed into a very unique style! Anyone who has or has not had the wonderful opportunity to view the Central Coast landscape from an aerial view will surely be amazed by these wonderful oil paintings.

Alyce Broome’s exhibition “Different Perspectives” can be viewed at Gallery at Marina Square throughout the month of May, from the 1st through the 29th.
